The Tuff™ Tank Door Dock Portal
This sleek, high tech portal is perfect for many different applications from manufacturing to retail environments. The Tuff Tank™ with its circular design is a deterrent for warehouse abuse from forklifts. The cover of The Tuff Tank™ has a revolutionary 1/8" thick material with amazing strength and has been designed specifically for safety guards and other industrial plant applications that must meet OSHA requirements. Your RFID equipment is well protected with our cover and the material will give you ultimate reads as the radio frequencies will penetrate straight through with no loss of signal. The back of the antennas are covered with the same cover material with an added carbon base to stop any leakage or bleed-over lobing effect that may occur (the squares are to ease the adjustments but they do not stop bleed-over). The base that the antennas are attached to is made out of high quality steel construction built for durability and can be anchored securely to the floor or left free standing for portable or mobile usage. The Tuff Tank design includes multiple Position Bars for easy adjustment of antennas both horizontally or vertically. Available in any size and many different configurations of single side, double sided, and double sided with bridge; with or without protective covers.

The Tuff Tank™ Conveyor Portal With Pre-Configured System
Conveyor Portal System is made from heavy 2” tubular steel with multiple placement bars for optimum antenna coverage and conveyor saturation. Tuff Tank™ Conveyor Portal has a five foot opening to accommodate most standard width conveyor systems and will adjust up to 72” in height for larger items. Legs anchor to floor or can be left unbolted for portable mobility. Also available with The Tuff Tank™ Cover Enclosure that will reduce equipment visibility, protect the RFID reader, stack light and antenna hardware. 4 Antennas & brackets pre-attached for optimum reads. Integrated power Tabletop Stack Light & Mount with RS232 Ethernet connection

Our popular Conveyor Portal as described above is available without hardware. If our standard unit of 5' x 6' will not accommodate your needs, SATO ISD can custom make this conveyor portal to any size.
